Second Hand Shop in Tyldesley
New2You is a local second hand shop and a true centre for the community based in Tyldesley town centre. If you would like to have a chat and a brew then please come and see us. We can offer advice and information on community issues in the area. We also offer many different voluntary placements, many of which are NVQ certified.
Training Opportunities
Training opportunities are available through City and Guilds which could include NVQ in:
- Customer service level 2
- Retail services level 1
- Team leading level 2
- Maths
- English
- Employability skills
- Management level 3* (*£175+vat contribution needed for this NVQ)
All the others above are free to persons in receipt of benefits (except management level 3)

New2You also offer volunteer placements for people who wish to learn new skills and meet new people. The shop offers many roles from creating eye catching displays and serving customers to stock control.
If you are unemployed and wish to boost your confidence New2You is an ideal place to volunteer as everyone who comes and helps is part of a supportive and friendly team.
